About Go Roam in Europe

The Go Roam service is available in more than 70 countries worldwide, including 49 Go Roam in Europe destinations, and is designed for UK customers visiting a destination for short trips, such as holidays or business trips. You can use Go Roam to call and text back to the UK and use your data (up to our Fair Use limit). If you're traveling within Go Roam in Europe destinations, you can also use your allowances to call or text standard landline or mobile numbers within Europe. To find out how many minutes, texts, and data you get per month, visit your My3 account and check which plan you are on.

If you’re roaming in Go Roam in Europe destinations our Fair Use policies apply:

• Each month, your UK data allowance allows you to use up to 12GB.
• Any use over the Fair Use data limit for your plan (but within your data allowance) will be subject to a surcharge of up to 0.3p/MB.
• Go Roam is designed for our UK customers visiting one of the destinations for short periods of time, such as for holidays or business.
• If you roam exclusively in one or more of Go Roam's destinations for two months in a rolling 12-month period, we may suspend international roaming on your account, which means you will no longer be able to use your phone or device abroad. Of course, we’ll let you know in advance if this is likely to happen.
• If you spend a full month abroad but some of that time is spent in a destination that isn’t included in Go Roam, this fair use policy won’t apply.
