How to protect the Snapchat you love

Who doesn’t love Snapchat? I mean, the stats speak for themselves – with over 180 million users every day, it’s one of the biggest social apps in the world, and it’s showing no signs of slowing down. Plus, since we’ve just included it as part of our Go Binge package, you can use Snapchat all you like without using up your data.

We’ve pulled together a few tips to help you Snap to your heart’s content, while keeping the focus on the fun.

Someone stopping you from having fun? Block them and let the good times roll again. You can find out a little bit more about blocking on Snapchat’s help section.

Part of the fun of Snapchat is obviously how temporary it is.  Screenshots, on the other hand, last, so they’re worth bearing in mind when you’re snappin’. If you wanna know a little more, Snapchat have a few pointers available.

If there’s ever someone who’s just not getting it, and ruining the fun for everyone else, let Snapchat know, and they’ll take care of it.

Heading somewhere awesome? You can change your Snap Map settings to share your location in your Snaps and Stories with whoever you want, or even set it to Ghost Mode, and fall back off the grid again.
