When you're abroad...

  Emergency services could be staffed by operators who may not speak English.

Remember, you'll need to include international dialling codes to any numbers you use. Always put a '+' symbol in front of the number you're calling, followed by the country code. Also, take off the first digit from the area code (usually a '0'). For example, to call an 0207 London number dial +44207 followed by the rest of the number.

Before you go away...

Before you leave get your mobile phone ready to roam, set up voicemail, take your charger and insure your mobile with Care 3 (just in case...).

While abroad, remember to add '+' and the international dialling code when you call. E.g. to call an 0207 London number, dial +44207 followed by the rest of the number.
