How long will it take?

It usually takes two working days to transfer your number. After that we'll confirm we've credited £10.

Get in touch with your previous mobile network

Ask for a Port Authorisation code(PAC). The PAC confirms that you're able to transfer your number to 3 and is valid for 30 days.

Call 3 customer services

Once you've got your PAC, just call 333 (it's free) from your mobile or 08707 330 333 from any phone (calls are charged at your national rate).
