Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go
Which terms you are on, depends on when you joined Three (or last upgraded), whether you are a pay monthly customer, or pay as you go customer and which plan you have.
From 30 January 2023, we have a new range of pay monthly plans available called “Three Your Way” or “Three Your Way Connect” – if you’ve purchased a device on a Device Finance plan, you’ll be on our Three Your Way terms. We also have SIM only and Data Only SIMs available on these plans and these terms also apply to new pay monthly customers who joined or upgraded on or after 30 January 2023 on our Mobile Broadband plans for MiFis and Dongles. If you’re on one of these plans, you should have a coral-coloured SIM.

Most of our Pay As You Go phone customers are on one of the following plans. Here's how you can tell which one you're on:
Our New Pay As You Go Plan
Available from 12 March 2020.
You'll have this plan if you bought one of these Pay As You Go SIMs from a Three store or ordered a free SIM online on or after 12 March 2020. You may also have this plan if you bought your Pay As You Go SIM from one of our distributors on or after 11 May 2020. Still not sure? Get in touch so we can help.
Our Pay As You Go Plan
Available from 7 July 2013.
You'll have this plan if you bought your Pay As You Go SIM between 7 July 2013 and 12 March 2020, or if you purchased a Pay As You Go device from three.co.uk or our contact centre after 12 March 2020.
