When you replace a SIM, you might lose some data held on your old one. Please back up your SIM info first, if you can.

An eSIM is a virtual SIM card in your device. If your device is compatible with eSIMs, you'll be able to download one straight away. We'll email you the details. Find out if your device can use an eSIM.

If your SIM was lost or stolen contact us straight away to suspend it and prevent anyone else using it.

Until your lost or stolen SIM's suspended, you’ll be able for all extra charges if someone uses it, so you should sort it out immediately. It's also quick and easy to reverse, if needed. Once your SIM’s suspended, we'll cover any extra charges over £100 – if it's reported within 24 hours.
