It’s tough waiting for a new phone. You see all those shiny new handsets on sale, with all those amazing new features. But you’re stuck with the old one until your contract runs out…

Now everything’s changed. With Anytime Upgrade, you don’t have to wait – you can upgrade your phone, tablet, or wearable after just 90 days.

And that’s with no extra fees. As long as you choose the same data plan or higher, you’ve got the freedom to change it up anytime you like and upgrade to the latest tech.

How does Anytime Upgrade work?

So, there are a few conditions you need to meet so you can enjoy an Anytime Upgrade:

  • You need to have started your current plan after January 2024

  • You need to have had your current plan for more than 90 days

  • You’ll need to be on a SIM Only plan or a device repayment plan

  • You’ll need to be upgrading to a new device repayment plan 

  • You’ll need to choose a new plan that has the same data allowance or higher than your current plan

I’m in. How do I upgrade?

What you need to do is log in to your account. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see on your account page a box titled Upgrade today (as long as you’ve been with us for 90 days of course).

Then you’ll have the option to choose from our upgrade deals and pick a new airtime plan.

But I’m still paying off my old device loan – can I still upgrade? 

Yes, you can. But you still have an obligation to repay the loan for your old device.

That’s where trade-in comes in. Trade in your old device and you can use the value to pay off your loan.

You don’t have to trade in your old phone, if you want to keep it. You have the option to keep paying off your old device alongside your new upgrade plan. Or, if your old phone is paid off, you could recycle it. We make sure all our recycled phones are donated to people who really need them. 

Anything else I should know?
