Here’s everything you need to know about our Like New refurbished phones. 

When we sell a phone, our customers have a 14-day cooling off period to return the phone, if, for any reason, they’re not happy with it. These make up the majority of our Like New phones.

We also sell some phones that have come via trade-in, when a device has been sold to us and it’s in really excellent condition. 

Before we sell a refurbished phone, we put it through a strict 65-point series of tests to make sure each device is in tip-top condition. 

Performed by qualified, expert technicians, our checks focus on six key areas – audio, battery buttons, display, camera, and connectivity. And of course we carefully clean and disinfect every device before we box it in recycled packaging and send it out to you.

By choosing a second-hand, Like New phone, you’re giving a phone a new lease of life and preventing it from ending up in a landfill. And when you buy a refurbished phone, instead of a new one, you’re reducing your carbon footprint too.

For some extra piece of mind, we include a 36-month warranty for any phone purchased on one of our Value or Complete airtime plans, protecting your phone from future manufacturer faults and repairs. And if you take out a Lite plan, you’ll still be covered with a 12-month warranty. 

That’s in additional to the standard 14-day cooling-off period you still get with a Like New device, so you can still change your mind later and return it to us.
