How did you first hear about Three Business?
"You were recommended to us by another DSP, who told me you were a good provider."
What does Three Business provide for you?
"Three Business gives us SIM cards for our driver devices, and iPad SIMs for managers. You also supply the SIMs for the Wi-Fi towers we use at each of the depots we work from."
Why is connectivity important to your business, and how is it being used?
"We really need reliable connectivity, ideally 5G, to help ensure our drivers deliver parcels accurately and on time. Any data problems will considerably slow their day down and impact customers."
How does connectivity support your business goals, operations, and customer service?
"Without the right connectivity, our drivers are slowed down which makes their day longer and more frustrating. We also need the data to be spot on, so the software knows exactly where each parcel was delivered.
Drivers need to have data on so that the software can learn traffic conditions (it builds up data over time) and can accurately work out how long it takes to do a delivery in each building. This is very important for office blocks and flats. The AI then learns routes and tailors the time it takes, so the drivers don’t breach their time on the road."
