Wall mounted

Attach the hub to an outside wall and feed the cable inside through a closed window. It won’t affect the seals or drafts.

Pole mounted

Secure the hub to a bracket designed to fit around a drain pipe or pole outside. Then feed the cable inside through a closed window.

Window mounted

Attach the hub to a window and feed the cable inside through a closed window. It won’t affect the seals or drafts.

Temporary stand

It comes with a stand to use temporarily indoors – but remember that having the hub inside your home may reduce signal strength.

    Advertised 5G Broadband Speed Claim

    The advertised 5G download speed of 150Mbps applies to at least 50% of 5G Broadband customers between the peak hours of 8pm and 10pm. We measure the speeds delivered by our 5G Radio Access Network to customers across our 5G Network and calculate the average (median) 5G data throughput rate at peak hours on a daily basis. In Dec 23 - Jan 24 the median figure was well above 150 Mbps each day and we continue to monitor this on an ongoing basis.  Due to the nature of the wireless technology delivering your Broadband, the speed that any individual premises will experience is not guaranteed, may vary and can be impacted by local factors, such as the positioning of the hub, line of sight to your nearest mast, local topography (such as hills), number of users accessing the network in your area and thickness of walls and windows.

    Annual Price Increase

    Each April, your Monthly Charge will increase by a fixed amount depending on your plan’s data allowance. Plans 4GB or less and Smartwatch Pairing Plans will increase by £1.00 per month. Plans from 5GB to 99GB will increase by £1.25 per month. Plans 100GB or over will increase by £1.50 per month. All Home Broadband plans will increase by £2.00 per month.

    Your monthly charge includes a £5 discount for paying by a recurring method, such as Direct Debit. The £5 monthly recurring payment discount and the annual price increase do not apply to Add-ons, out-of-allowance charges, Three Your Way device plan agreement repayments, or Three Insurance premiums.     5G Outdoor Hub Installation

    The Customer must ensure that the installation is carried out safely and does not pose any risk to themselves or others. Three will not be liable for any losses or injury resulting from the incorrect installation of the 5G Outdoor Hub. Should the installation require any alteration to Customer’s property, Three will not reimburse any expenses or restore the property to the same physical state as prior to installation. If a Customer cannot safely install the 5G Outdoor Hub, they should and seek professional assistance.
