The battery health is checked, screen, camera, touch-screen and so much more – to make sure your phone is fit and ready for you to use.
Additionally, our reconditioned phones have cosmetic checks to ensure they have little to no visible signs of use. And for additional peace of mind you’re protected with a 12-month warranty for your Like New refurbished phone. The warranty will only apply to the original handset and airtime plan.

If you’re already a Three Business customer you can place an order digitally via the Basket or online Self-Serve journey within your Three Business account.
You can trade in used phones, tablets and smartwatches and receive payment via bank transfer.

- You will receive an email with instructions on how to send your device back.
- Follow the instructions and post your device.
- Keep the postage receipt to track your device.
- Your device will arrive with us, and it will be graded.
- If the device is as you described, we will either reduce your monthly loan amount or put the money in your bank account.
- If the device isn’t as described, you will receive a new quote please accept or reject the quote within 48 hours.
- If you don’t accept or reject the quote your quote will be automatically accepted and money to your account or the monthly cost of the device will change
This depends on how quick you send your device to us and if it is in the condition is as described. If not, it may take a few days longer.
Yes please, remove any tracking or activation locks from your device. If you do not remove these the device will be regarded, and the quote will be £0.
Most customers will chose to back their device to a cloud before they send their device to us.
Yes, please factory reset your device back to its factory settings.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to send your device back.
- In the email you will have the option to print off a label and package the device up and send it back to us or you can request packaging to be sent to you.

- Your device will take a few days to reach us. Please keep your postage receipt with the tracking details.
- Keep a note of your IMEI it’s on your trade in emails or your original paperwork for the device/on the box.
- You will receive an email with a new quote please accept or reject the quote within 48 hours.
- If you don’t accept or reject the quote your quote will be automatically accepted and money to your account or the monthly cost of the device will change.
- If you accept or auto accept the quote your trade in will be processed and you will either receive the new value to your back account or it will reduce the monthly payments for your device loan.
- If you refuse the quote, we will send your device back, it will be dispatched the next day and you should receive your device back in 3-5 days.
Once the device is graded, we will send the money to your account in 5 working days.

Only if your device is re-graded and you reject the quote can you get your device back, it will be dispatched the next day, and you should receive your device back in 3-5 days.
If you have chosen to use your trade in value to reduce your monthly device loan cost, you will receive the discount from your second bill.
