Accessing your online account

Registering for My3 is easy, and once you’ve created an account, you can manage extra Three or Three Business accounts or numbers via the same log in.

Before you start

If you've just joined Three Business, please wait 24 hours until registering online.
You'll need:
  • An email address that isn’t already registered for My3
  • The phone number we have for you on our system
  • If you’re the account owner, your Business Account Number (BAN), which can be found on your bill or contract

Registering for the first time

  1. Go to the Three Business Log in & registration page
  2. Tap the ‘Register’ tab
  3. Enter an email address and secure password, and select ‘Register’ 
  4. We’ll send a verification email to the address you gave us
  5. Click Verify your email

If the email we sent you isn’t in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders. If it’s not there, get in touch.

Link your account

If you’re an employee, log in with your registered email address and password, then choose the ‘Personal’ option, and follow the steps from there.

If you’re the account owner:

  1. Log in with your registered email address and password
  2. Select the ‘Business’ option 
  3. Enter your Business Account Number (found on your bill or contract)
  4. Enter your primary contact number (this is the number we use to contact you)
  5. Press ‘Continue’
  6. We’ll send a one-time passcode (OTP) to your phone 
  7. Enter the passcode to verify your details. (If we need any more information to support the verification, we’ll ask you for it here.)

If you don’t receive the passcode, check the number on screen. If it’s correct, select ‘Resend OTP’. If it still doesn’t arrive, get in touch.

 

Frequently asked questions about registration

How to log in

1. Go to the log in page
Log in from here , or go to ‘Login / register’ at the top of any Three Business page. 

2. Enter your log in details
Enter the email address and password you registered with, then select ‘Log in’.
Your password will be 12 characters or more, and may have contained special characters.

Link additional accounts or numbers

If you’ve got more than one account or number with us, you can manage them all within the same log in:

  1. Log in to My3
  2. Go to ‘More actions’ at the bottom of your dashboard
  3. Select ‘Link another account or number’
  4. Select your account type – personal (only sole traders can link a personal account to their business account) or business
  5. For personal, enter the number you'd like to link. For business, enter your Business Account Number (found on your bill or contract) and your primary contact number (the number we use to contact you)
  6. We’ll send a one-time passcode (OTP) to your phone
  7. Enter the passcode to verify your details. (If we need any more information to support the verification, we’ll ask you for it here.) 
  8. The account you’ve linked will then appear in ‘Manage a different account’

If you don’t receive the passcode, check the number on screen. If it’s correct, select ‘Resend OTP’. If it still doesn’t arrive, get in touch.
