We understand that our business customers might be concerned about the current cost of living crisis, and we want to do whatever we can to help.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we zero-rated calls to key NHS services to reduce the cost of your monthly bill in case of a crisis. We’re continuing to support our customers by leaving these measures in place. Additionally, we’ve zero-rated several charity websites that aid crisis support. You can view the full list below.
So, if you’re struggling, please let us know in advance and we’ll try to assist you before things escalate.

Want to control your spend so you don't run into problems?
There are a couple of things you can do to help stay on top of your bills in the future.
- Change your bill payment date
Changing your bill date is easy so long as you're not already in collections, and it can make a big difference. Get in touch to talk about it. - Remove business Add-ons
Check for any Add-ons you have that you don’t need. We can take them off for you, and save you money. - Use Spend Caps
You can cap your monthly spend to make sure you and your team never go over a certain amount each month, even if you run out of allowance. - Get the Three app
Our app is free, and it's a great way to keep track of your day to day use.
What happens if I don’t pay, or don’t get in touch?
If you don’t pay your bill or get in touch with us, you might find your services have been restricted.
We may also:
- Disconnect your Three Business account
- Add a cancellation fee
- Pass your details to a debt collection agency
- Provide information about this overdue payment to credit reference agencies
This will apply to all lines within your account.
