What can you do online?

Fewer than 100 employees

Account holders can go online to review and amend many elements of their account, with employees also able to track their allowances.

Track billing online with a Three Business Account

With a Three Business account, the account holder can log in to view a breakdown of all bills and spending. And with the Three Business app, the account can be accessed on the go.

FAQs

You'll need to contact us to change your account name or email address, but you can change your contact number online. You can do this by going to 'Your details' once you've logged in, then choosing 'edit' in the About you section.

All Three Business customers can register for an online account. If you're having problems, this may be because your contact information has already been used to set up an account, including any personal accounts you have with us. Contact us if you need help.

The amount due on your account is displayed at the top-right side of the landing page when you log in.

Click on the 'View Bill' button next to it. You'll be able to access a copy of your current and previous bills within a dropdown box on the page displayed.

From here, you can select one of the options:

- Download: This will download a PDF copy of the bill to your device
- Print: To print a paper copy of the bill
- Email: Choose an email address to have a PDF copy of your bill sent to
