Here's how to buy an International Add-on

Choose the mobile plan you want to apply the Add-on to

Select ‘Manage Add-ons’
4.
Navigate to ‘International’
5.
Click the 'Add' button for the Add-on you want to buy
6.
Follow the remaining steps to complete your purchase

Calling abroad from the UK FAQs
A Spend Cap can help manage costs when you call abroad by limiting how much you can spend. You may want to consider changing your Spend Cap to cater for this, then changing it back if necessary. Add-ons are not included in your Spend Cap.
To set your Spend Cap, follow these simple steps:
1. Log into your Three Business account
2. Choose the mobile plan you want to apply the Spend Cap to
3. Select ‘Manage Services’
4. Click ‘Plan settings,’ which is seen under the summary of your plan
5. Scroll down until you see ‘Spend Cap’
6. Click the ‘Yes, I want a Spend Cap’ option
7. Insert the value that you want to set the Spend Cap to
8. Select ‘Continue’ and complete the changes
As a precaution against spiraling costs, all lines have a £45 Data Roaming cap. For more information, see our Spend Cap support page. (Price excludes VAT.)
If you buy one of our limited recurring Add-ons (for example 100 Minutes or 100 Texts) and have used up the allowance before your monthly Add-on refreshes, you’ll need to buy an additional one-off Add-on if you require these services. If you decide not to buy another Add-on, you’ll be charged the standard rate price for your plan (see more on this here).
If you’re likely to exceed the allowance for the recurring Add-on frequently, buying an Add-on with a higher allowance, or an unlimited Add-on, would be recommended.
A credit limit is put on your account to help you manage your monthly spend. We'll let you know when you're nearing your limit by sending a text. If you do go over your credit limit, some services may be restricted. For full details, visit our Business Credit Limit page.
