Multi Line Discount FAQ's

Staying connected to your network is important, and that’s why we’re rewarding you with discounts when you add additional lines to your account.

You’ll get a multi-line discount when you add another eligible plan to your account or add 5G Business Broadband, giving you money off your bill each month. What’s more, you’ll have all your products in one place and on one bill, making it even easier to manage your connections. 

Multi-line discounts are different to Boundless offers. For more information on Boundless, please see our terms.

Whether you’re new to Three Business or an existing customer, you can benefit from our multi-line discounts and get great deals on mobile plans, SIM Only plans and more. All you need is a qualifying Three Business plan, and then to add one or more additional plans to the same account.

  • If you’re a new customer, head in store or speak to our dedicated UK Sales Specialists on 0808 134 6304.
  • If you’re an existing customer, please make sure you log in to your account to start saving with your multi-line discount. Once you’ve selected your products, the discount will be available to view in your basket. Alternatively, visit us in store and we’ll sort it for you.
  • Discounts are available on the plan(s) with the lowest Monthly Charge. One plan must be full price to enable a multi-line discount on your other connections.
  • Multi-line discounts are only available when you buy direct from Three, not through our partners or affiliates.
  • The multi-line discount is applied to your account automatically when you add a new eligible plan. You don’t need to do anything else.

 

You can combine the following plans for a multi-line discount when you take out a 12, 24, or 36 month contract: a SIM Only or Data SIM plan, a phone, tablet or laptop airtime plan, a Business Broadband plan, or a Mobile Broadband plan for MiFis and dongles.

Customers who have a qualifying plan can purchase up to 499 of the following additional plans for their business and receive a multi-line discount:

  • All SIM Only 12, 24, or 36 month plans
  • All device and airtime 24, or 36 month plans
  • Plans for tablets and laptops
  • Data SIM plans
  • Mobile Broadband on 12 and 24 month plans for MiFi
  • Business Broadband on 12 and 24 month plans

  • If you disconnect your qualifying plan, there is no impact to any other discounted plans on your account.
  • If you cancel your qualifying plan in any Returns Period (as defined in our Returns Policy), the multi-line discount will not be applied to remaining plans. In order to benefit from the multi-line discount, you would need another plan that can be used as the qualifying plan on your account.

Your multi-line discounts will continue for as long as you have an eligible qualifying plan. If you cancel your qualifying plan during the 14 day (or 21 days for Business Broadband). Returns Period (where applicable), you won’t get the multi-line discount.

If you disconnect your qualifying plan outside the Returns Period, there is no impact to any other discounted plans on your account.

There’s no limit, you can have as many multi-line discounts as you like.

No, our multi-line discounts can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer.

There may be times when you’re presented with the multi-line discount when other discounts are also available. In this instance we’ll automatically apply the offer that gives you the biggest saving over the duration of your contract.

Please note that the multi-line discount only applies to the cost of your monthly recurring plan charge, or Business Broadband plan. You won’t get a discount for other charges such as calls, texts, and data usage outside your allowances, Add-ons, or premium rate charges.

A multi-line discount on any additional plan(s) is not compatible with any other discounts on the same plan, and will apply to the plan(s) with the lowest Monthly Charge.

For new customers, the discount will apply to the plan(s) with the lowest Monthly Charge. If you already have a full priced plan in your account, then all additional lines that qualify for a multi-line discount will receive the saving.
