Like New phones are renewed to give them a new lease of life, so this stops these devices from ending up in landfill sites and contributing to greater environmental damage.

Your Like New phone has been rigorously inspected and put through an extensive 65-point high-standard quality health check by expert technicians. So you can be confident that it’s in good working condition.

Your Like New phone will be delivered to you in a brand-new recyclable box. You’ll also get a charging cable and SIM removal tool.

Headphones are not included, but we do have a wide range of accessories available if you’d like to grab a pair. 

Our Like New phones undergo an extensive 65-point quality check by our trusted partner technicians. Being tested thoroughly ensures they function in top working condition, like a brand-new phone. The battery health is checked, screen, camera, touch-screen and so much more – to make sure your phone is fit and ready for you to use. 

Additionally, our reconditioned phones have cosmetic checks to ensure they have little to no visible signs of use.

All of our Like New phones that are purchased with a Value or Complete plan come with a three-year warranty, which protects your phone from future manufacturer faults and repairs. Don’t worry if you took out one of our other plans, you’ll still be protected with a 12-month warranty for your Like New phone. The warranty will only apply to the original handset and airtime plan.

You can purchase your Like New phone online, over the phone through our contact centre advisors, and in our high street stores.

If you choose to buy from one of our stores, please note that we don’t stock any Like New refurbished phones in our stores. But you can still place an order and have your phone delivered to your home. 

Like New refurbished devices can only be purchased with our Three Your Way airtime plans. You have the option of choosing a Lite, Value, or Complete plan, which all come complete with different benefits.

Yes, you can trade in used phones, tablets, and smartwatches and put the money towards a Like New device. Your old device will be graded, and you’ll get a quote for your device in moments. 

You can use the value of your trade in device to get money off a brand-new device or our Like New refurbished phones. Alternatively, you can receive payment to an account of your choice via bank transfer. 

If you find your Like New phone isn’t right for you, or you want to exchange the make or model – great news, it’s easy.

You get the same 14-day cooling off period that we offer on our brand-new devices to exchange or return your Like New device.

Please note that you cannot return a Like New device to a Three high-street store unless you bought the used phone from one of our Three stores.
