The Three App

Your right to privacy is fundamental to the design of the Three app (My3). Where we rely on your consent to use your personal information, you can easily withdraw your consent at any time within the app.

To manage your consent preferences related to the app, all you need to do is access the app, select the Account icon (top right-hand corner) and select ‘User Permissions’ where you can, with one tap, enable or disable the use of any of:

  • Push notifications
  • User profile
  • Location
  • Web browsing
  • Relevant advertising
  • Marketing relating to Three products and services
  • Marketing from third parties
  • Sharing data with Three companies
  • Marketing suppressions

You can find out more about what each of these means in the ‘User Permissions’ section of the app.

Three+

Consents related to the use of Three+, our loyalty and rewards app, are managed directly within the app itself.

Where our use of your personal information in relation to Three+ is based on your consent, you can easily withdraw your consent at any time, either within the ‘Settings’ page of the app or by following the ‘Unsubscribe’ instructions in any Three+ email or SMS.

Other websites and apps

Details of how to manage consent preferences related to any other Three websites or apps that are not directly covered here can be found in their relevant privacy notices. These are located in the 'Accounts, products, and services’ section of our privacy portal, or you can find them on our website or through the Three app.
