Debt collection

If there are outstanding payments due on your account, we may attempt to collect on these debts, which may involve the use and sharing of your personal information.

This may include the use of Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) to collect money owed on our behalf. It may also include the assignment of debts to a third party company. This means that we may sell your debt to a third party company, along with your account information (i.e. your personal information), which could include your name, address, contact information, year of birth, debt owed, payment history, and any other information necessary to help with recovery of money owed.
