Who we are and what is your personal information

We’re Hutchison 3G UK, otherwise known as Three. In the ‘About Privacy’ part of our website, any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” means Three.

“Three Group” means CK Hutchison Holdings (CKHH) group and any company or other organisation in which Three owns more than 50%.

Definitions

“Your personal information” is information about you, and which identifies you. It’s been acquired and processed by Three through your use of Three services. The phrases ‘your information’, ‘your data’, ‘your personal data’, ‘personal data’ and ‘personal information’ used throughout the About Privacy pages of our website mean “your personal information”.

“Three Services” are the services offered by, or on behalf of Three, including, but not limited to, call services, internet access, messaging services, storage services, age restricted services, and premium services.
