In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we stop using your personal data, for example when your account is closed, when you change marketing preferences, or if you believe the information we hold about you is inaccurate.

Right to data portability

You have the right to obtain your personal information in a structured, commonly-used, and machine-readable format and for it to be transferred to another organisation, where technically feasible and where applicable.

Right to object to the use of your personal information

You have the right to object to the use of your personal information in certain circumstances. 

For example, when we process your data for our own legitimate business interests, or when we use your information for direct marketing.

You have the right, in certain circumstances, to not be subject to a decision which is based solely on automated processing without human intervention.

Right to withdraw consent

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent to use your personal information.

Right to complain to the relevant data protection authority

Where you think we haven’t used your personal information in accordance with data protection law, you have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority. In the case of Three, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (the ICO).
