Changes to our pricing structure when travelling abroad

This message relates to roaming charges in the below 92 destinations (the “Destinations”).

When you use your device abroad to call, text and get online, charges depend on the country you are in and the country you are contacting. Until 25 June 2024, the Destinations are included in our Rest of World bands and roaming usage is charged as per the price guide.

From 26 June 2024, the Destinations will become Go Roam Around the World Extra destinations. If you joined on or upgraded to a Pay Monthly plan on or after 1 October 2021, (no other plans, including Pay As You Go or Pay Monthly plans entered into before 1 October 2021, will be impacted by these changes and will continue to be charged at current standard roaming rates), you will be able to utilise Go Roam Around the World Extra and make use of your UK allowance* in the Destinations by one of the following ways:

• Payment of a daily roaming charge of £7
• Purchase of a Go Roam Around the World Extra pass add-on (3-day, 7-day, 14-day)
• Use of Daily Go Roam Passes (individual daily passes may be included in your plan)

There are no changes to the current charges or destinations in the Go Roam in Europe and Go Roam Around the World bands. Find out more about Go Roam.
