How to get the best performance

To get the best out of your Three Broadband connection, you'll need to make sure your hub is free of any obstructions and at least one metre away from other electrical items like TVs or cordless phones.

We recommend placing your hub on a windowsill to help it receive the best possible signal from our network.

You can check your signal strength using the Three app.  

Once connected to the app use the signal strength indicator to see which position works best. Try different rooms or windowsills and give the hub some time in each position to get the best result.
