While we don’t want to see you go, we’re here to help make it as easy as possible for you.
Before you go
Before you leave us, remember to check your contract end date. If you’re still within your contract term, an early termination fee will apply.
Leave with your number
If you want to leave us and move your number to a new network, you need a Port Authorisation Code (PAC).
Leave without your number
If you want to move to a new network without your number, you need a Service Termination Authorisation Code (STAC)
Leave Pay As You Go
If you’d like to leave Pay As You Go, you have several options, including using a PAC to move your number to a new network.
Leave Home Broadband
Are you looking to leave Home Broadband? You can give us 30 days’ notice or use One Touch Switch to move to a new provider.
Leave Mobile Broadband
If you’d like to leave Mobile Broadband, you can give us 30 days’ notice or request a PAC to take your number to a new network.
Leave Three Business
If you want to leave Three Business, we’re here to make it as straightforward as possible for you.

If you’ve lost a loved one and need help cancelling their account, we’re here to help. We know this can be a very difficult time and will do our best to make things as easy as possible for you.
