Buying and managing Data Packs

What is a Data Pack?

A Data Pack lets you choose how much data you want, with unlimited calls and texts included. They help make your money go further than using your credit in the normal way and can be bought as a one-off or set up to repeat automatically.

They're valid for 1 month, and you can choose the date they start. If you decide to set up a Data Pack Auto-renewal, it'll keep going until you cancel it.


Buying Data Packs

To get started, open the Three Pay As You Go app or log in to your account. Then, go to Manage Top-ups and hit Buy Data Pack.

Now pick out the Data Pack you want. We'll offer a recommendation, but you can go for whichever one suits you best. Just hit Choose this Data Pack when you've decided.

Choose a start date, then let us know if you'd like to set up a Data Pack Auto-renewal. You can cancel this at any time, but it'll keep going until you do.

Next, tell us how you'd like to pay for your Data Pack. You can use your credit or a registered card to make the payment.

Once you've done that, you're good to go. Your allowances will kick in from the start date you chose. They'll last for 1 month or until you've used them all up (if they're not unlimited).


Managing Data Packs

You can see your current Data Pack in the Three Pay As You Go app or your online account – just select Manage Top-ups. From here, you can also decide whether to set up a Data Pack Auto-renewal.

If your last Data Pack had the right amount of data for you, you can easily buy it again. Just open the Three Pay As You Go app or log in to your account. Then, go to Manage Top-ups and hit Buy again under the Data Pack. Choose a payment option, then you're all done.
