You can upgrade early. But you’ll have to pay an early upgrade fee if it’s outside of the 38 days before your minimum term is due to end. To discuss your early upgrade contact us or visit your nearest Three store.

Got a lost, stolen, or damaged phone?

If you want to upgrade because your phone has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately to block any misuse on your device, and to discuss your upgrade options. If your phone is damaged it might also be a good time to upgrade.

We’ll contact you via text, email or letter to let you know when your new plan will start.

In most cases, you’ll be able to keep your current SIM card after upgrading. The only time you’ll need a new SIM is if you’re upgrading to a new device that has a different size SIM card. If you are getting a new device, why not Trade In your old one to recycle it and get some money back.

Yes, you can upgrade to a SIM only plan and keep your old phone or tablet. You won’t get a new SIM card because your upgrade will automatically apply to your current SIM.
