Firstly, you’ll need your Port Authorisation Code (PAC) from your current provider. This lets you move your number to a new network. See the ‘How do I get my PAC from my current network provider?’ FAQ below for more information.
When you go to check out on the Three website, you’ll be asked to enter your PAC before submitting the order. The PAC will be validated within a few seconds and if it’s successful, the Switch and save discount will be automatically applied to your basket. You should see the discount code displayed as GBP3 Discount.
The discount will appear on your Contract Summary and Contract Information documents once the purchase is complete. The discount will also appear on your bill.
If the discount does not show in your basket after you have entered your PAC, the discount hasn’t been applied. This could be because the device or plan you’ve chosen isn’t eligible, or the PAC wasn’t entered correctly. It’s worth double-checking all the details and trying again.
