Find your plan below based on your start date. Each guide shows the date that price guide was updated and became effective.

How to find your plan name and the start date

You’ll need to log in to the Three app. Go to ‘My Plan’ and click on ‘Manage your plan’ to find your current plan name and start date.

For customer who joined Three or upgraded on a Home Broadband plan from 30 January 2023.

For customer who joined Three or upgraded on a Home Broadband plan from 1 November to 29 January 2023.

For customer who joined Three or upgraded on a Home Broadband plan from 1 October to 30 October 2022.

For customer who joined Three or upgraded on a Home Broadband plan before 1 October 2021.
