How to find your plan name and the start date

You’ll need to log in to the Three app. Go to ‘My Plan’ and click on ‘Manage your plan’ to find your current plan name and start date.

For customers who joined Three or upgraded on an Advanced plan between 1 November 2022 and 30 January 2023.

For customers who joined Three or upgraded on an Advanced plan between 1 October 2021 and 1 November 2022.

For customers who joined Three or upgraded on an Advanced plan before 1 October 2021.

For customers who joined Three or upgraded on an Essential plan.
