£3 GOOGLE PLAY CASHBACK

Terms and conditions.

1. This promotion is operated by Hutchison 3G UK Limited, trading as ‘Three’.
2. The offer is open to customers who:
   a. Have signed up and used carrier billing/ThreePay previously.
   b. Have signed up and have not used it since 01.10.2022 (“Eligible Participants Only”)
3. The Google Play Cashback promotion is only available during the promotional period, 24.04.2023 – 22.05.2023. Purchases must be made during this time to qualify. Once the purchase is made, we will refund you up to £3 on your first transaction automatically. There are no further steps to make a claim.
4. Cashback amounts: Eligible Participants can receive a maximum of £3 cashback. For example, if you buy content worth £3 it will be free, if you buy content worth £1 it will also be free but then you won’t get any further free content and if you buy content worth £10 then it will only cost you £7. Eligible Participants shall only be entitled to cashback once regardless of total cashback awarded in that transaction. Eligible Participants shall be identified by their mobile number) and will take effect only on the first transaction you make in this period. Eligible Participants will not be entitled to a further redemption if they don’t like the content purchased or if that transaction is refunded for whatever reason.
5. The Google Play cashback promotion is available for any app or content that can be purchased in the Play Store including one-time purchases and subscription purchases (towards first payment) and in-app purchases.
6. As soon as Eligible Participants have made a purchase, they will receive an SMS receipt message. Eligible Participants will then receive validation of their claim by receiving the (up to) £3 cash back confirmation via another text. If you are not eligible, you'll get a standard SMS receipt.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or payment of any cashback, subscription or product connected with the Google Play Cashback promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
12. Hutchison 3G UK Limited, trading as ‘Three’ reserve the right to Stop this promotion at any time before the proposed end date of 22.05.23. Cashback is subject to availability and qualifying criteria.
