Three Transfer Lens Social Media Prize Draw Terms & Conditions – OCTOBER 2020

These terms and conditions are the rules which apply to this Prize Draw. By submitting an entry, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by them.

Promoter

1. Three Transfer Lens Social Media Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is organised by Hutchison 3G UK Limited, trading as Three, of Great Brighams Mead, 1 Vastern Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 8DJ (“Three” or “We”). The Prizes (defined at paragraph 6 below) are administered and provided by Three in partnership with Chelsea Football Club (“Chelsea FC”).

Dates

2. The Prize Draw opens on Monday 5 October 2020 at 9am and closes on Friday 9 October 2020 at 11pm (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

3. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw entrants must be over 18 years of age and a UK resident (“Eligible Entrants”). Entrants may be required to provide photographic ID to prove their eligibility. This Prize Draw is not open to employees of Three or Chelsea FC, each of their agents, contractors, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Entry

4. To enter the Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants must use the “Three Transfer” lens on Instagram Stories to take a photo of themselves, and then either:
   
   
   • post this photo on their Instagram feed tagging @ThreeUK and using the hashtag #threetransfer; or
   • share it on their Instagram stories tagging @ThreeUK

   during the Promotion Period. A public Instagram account is required to enter. Instagram account name will be captured upon entry (“Qualifying Entries”).

Rules

5. The following rules shall also apply to the Prize Draw:
   
   
   • Only one entry per Eligible Entrant via Instagram feed and one entry per Eligible Entrant via Instagram stories will be considered by Three and entered into the Prize Draw. Entries in excess of this limit will render all entries made by that person void.
   • Late entries will not be taken into consideration in winner selection.
   • Each entrant warrants that all information submitted by them is true, accurate and complete and Three is not responsible for any information which is invalid or incomplete.
   • Three reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify any entry which it deems, in its sole and absolute discretion: (i) to be offensive or inappropriate; (ii) fails to comply with these terms and conditions; and/or (iii) to be contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
   • Where the Prize includes tickets to a match, fixture, ground tour, event, flights and/or accommodation, by entering the Promotion each Eligible Entrant confirms that they are and will be: (i) available; and (ii) eligible to travel to and from the United Kingdom (including having a valid passport and visa if applicable), on and around the dates the winners will be needed for such match, fixture, event, flights and/or accommodation.

Prize

6. Eight prizes will be awarded:
   • Five separate winners will each receive: One Chelsea FC merchandise bundle and one pair of tickets for a ground tour of Stamford Bridge. 
   • Two winners will each receive: One Chelsea FC merchandise bundle and one Chelsea FC Home Shirt. 
   • One winner will receive: One Chelsea FC merchandise bundle and one Chelsea FC Home Shirt signed by Reece James.

Only one Prize bundle per winner will be awarded. Prize allocation remains at Three’s sole and absolute discretion.

7. Where the Prize includes tickets or access to any Chelsea FC fixtures or grounds, the dates and timings of such fixtures or grounds access are subject to change. Use of any tickets or access to any venue owned or controlled by Chelsea Football Club, including the Stamford Bridge stadium, as part of the Prize is subject to Chelsea FC's ticketing rules and regulations from time to time including Ground Regulations and Conditions of Issue, copies of which can be accessed at chelseafc.com/tickets-membership/general-ticket-info/policies. 8. The winner's attendance in connection with the Prize Draw at any venue(s) not owned or controlled by Chelsea FC are subject to that venue’s rules and regulations, which may include the right to refuse admission or eject any person at the venue’s discretion. The winner may be required to adhere to a dress code prescribed by the venue.

Selection of winners

9. The winners will be randomly selected by a computer process, under independent supervision, from all Qualifying Entries between Monday 12 October and Wednesday 14 October 2020. The decision will be final and Three will not enter into any correspondence.

Contacting the winners

10. Reasonable efforts will be made by Three to contact the winners of the Prizes via direct message to the Eligible Entrant’s Instagram account used to enter the Promotion by Wednesday 14 October 11pm 2020. Eligible Entrants should check their ensure their Instagram settings enable Three to contact them in this way and check their Instagram direct messages between Wednesday 14 October and Friday 16 October 2020 and Three shall not be responsible in the event a winner does not claim the Prize because they have failed to do so.
11. If the winners of the Prizes cannot be successfully contacted, do not claim the Prizes within 48 hours of notification (by responding to Three), or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Three reserves the right to offer the relevant Prizes to another Eligible Entrant (who will be selected in the same manner described in paragraph 9). Failure to respond or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prizes.

Redeeming the Prize

12. The winners of the Prizes will be required to provide a valid UK postal address and valid email address to receive their Prize. The winners may also be required to submit additional valid identification before receiving the Prize. Three will provide 5 winners with a gift voucher code and instructions via email to book their Stamford Bridge ground tours online at tours.chelseafc.com, or by phone or in person (using the details given in the email).
13. Acceptable forms of identification remain at Three’s sole and absolute discretion. Each winner warrants that all information submitted by them is true, accurate and complete and Three is not responsible for any information which is invalid or incomplete, including any contact details. Three shall use reasonable endeavours, subject to these terms and conditions, to fulfil the Prize as soon as reasonably possible after the winners have claimed it and confirmed their correct postal address and email address.
14. If a winner is not available or eligible to travel on the dates they may be needed for any match, fixture, event, flights and/or accommodation included within the Prize, for any reason, that winner will not be eligible for the Prize and no alternative prize will be offered to that winner. All costs and expenses not included in the Prize are the responsibility of the winner (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any costs connected with the winner’s eligibility to travel).

Privacy

15. Any personal data collected by Three in connection with this Prize Draw will be used to administer and fulfil this Prize Draw. Information that entrants supply when entering the Prize Draw will be used only in accordance with Three’s Privacy Policy and these terms. Our use of such information will also be subject to our Privacy Notice contained in section 13 of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Three’s Services. General

16. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. No cash alternatives will be offered. Three reserves the right at any time to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of similar or greater value where circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so. Further, we reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions (including altering the Prize) at any time without notice by updating these terms and conditions and publishing them at www.three.co.uk/terms-conditions. No communications will be entered into by Three regarding this. No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw, however an internet connection is required.
17. Each winner of the Prizes agrees to cooperate with any reasonable requests made by Three or Chelsea FC relating to any post-winning promotional activity (such as including their first name and entry being used in any, and all, Three or Chelsea FC marketing activity across all media). Three is required to publish or make available information to show that a valid award took place under this Prize Draw. To comply with this Three will send the surname and county of major prize winners (and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries) to any person who writes to Head of Legal – MMIP, Hutchison 3G UK Ltd, Great Brighams Mead, 1 Vastern Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 8DJ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the closing date stated in paragraph 2. If you enter this Prize Draw and object to any or all of these details being published or made available, please contact Three’s Head of Legal – MMIP, as above. In such circumstances, Three must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
18. This Prize Draw is in no way endorsed by, sponsored by, associated with or administered by any third parties (including Instagram on which this Prize Draw is running)
19. All third party terms and conditions relating to the Prize Draw or the Prize itself are beyond Three’s control. Three cannot accept responsibility and will not be liable for any failures to abide by Chelsea FC’s or any third-party terms applicable to the Prize.
20. Three cannot accept responsibility for entries lost, corrupted, or delayed in transmission or for the failure by any winner to check their emails (including junk folder) or voice messages. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Prize Draw or the Prize (or any aspects of them), and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage caused to a winner of the Prize arising out of or connected to the Prize or this Prize Draw. Statutory rights are not affected.
21. Entry into the Prize Draw signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by English law.
