Cinema tickets promotion
1. Eligibility:
1.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, Three Mobile, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the Promotion.
2. Promotion Period:
2.1 The Promotion will commence on 13th September 2024 and end at midnight on the 12th October 2024, your qualifying purchase must be made between these two dates (inclusively). You may apply for your free cinema tickets via the promotional website between 13th September 2024 and 31st October 2024 (inclusively). Your Cineworld vouchers are valid for redemption at the cinema between 13th September 2024 and 31st December 2024 inclusive.
3. Participation:
3.1 To participate in the Promotion, participants must purchase a Tech21 mobile phone cover and a Panzer screen protector, or a standalone Tech21 mobile phone cover or a standalone Panzer screen protector to a minimum value of £15.00 in a single transaction from THREE UK stores (either online or instore) during the dates described in the Promotion Period.
3.2 To apply for your free Cineworld tickets (provided in the form of e-vouchers which may be used to pay for a standard cinema ticket at Cineworld in accordance with clause 4) you must visit tech21blockbusterpromo.com and input your name and email address and upload, when prompted, a verifiable image (photograph or online file) of your transaction receipt issued by the store which clearly shows the date of purchase, the Tech21 and/or Panzer products (with a total value of at least £15.00), a unique transaction number and the name of the store in which the purchase was made.
3.3 Eligible participants (who comply with these conditions) will receive free cinema ticket voucher(s) per qualifying transaction via email to the email address provided within 24 hours of an approved application. Participants who buy both Tech21 mobile phone case and Panzer screen protector in a single transaction will receive two free cinema ticket vouchers, and participants who buy one of the two will receive one free cinema ticket voucher. Should the participant not receive their cinema voucher within 24 hours please contact us through the promotional website. Each participant is eligible to receive a maximum of two free cinema ticket vouchers per transaction, regardless of the total transaction amount exceeding £15.00. Applications that are ineligible will be rejected and a notice of rejection provided to the participant. Participants retain the right to appeal or reapply by contacting SPARK via the promotional website.
3.4 The promotional website will close at 23:59 on Thursday 31st October 2024.
4. Redemption of Cinema Ticket Voucher:
4.1 Cinema ticket vouchers can only be redeemed at Cineworld cinemas within the United Kingdom as specified on the voucher (excluding Cineworld Leicester Square).
4.2 Cinema ticket vouchers are each valid for one standard entry to a standard film subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the cinema operator which are supplied with the email. Online bookings may attract an online booking fee.
4.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any additional costs incurred by the voucher holder, including but not limited to travel expenses, refreshments, or any other expenses associated with attending the cinema.
4.4 Cinema ticket vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5. Miscellaneous:
5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside the Promoter's control.
5.2 By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, or guidance provided by the Promoter.
5.3 The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Cinema Voucher with a reward of equal or higher value, subject to availability. There is no cash alternative, in the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter will be final.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time, for any reason without any liability for consequential loss.
5.6 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
5.7 The Promotion is managed by the Promoters Agency, Red Blaze Limited and administered by SPARK Marketing Services Limited. Any correspondence should be directed to SPARK via the promotional website.
By participating in the Promotion, participants indicate their understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions of the Cineworld vouchers are:
1. Instant Vouchers can be redeemed in cinema at the box office or online at www.cineworld.com. A booking fee per ticket applies for online bookings.
2. Your Instant Voucher may be exchanged for one Adult ticket to watch any standard 2D film screening at any Cineworld Cinema in the UK excluding the Cineworld Leicester Square.
3. Uplift applicable for 3D, IMAX, 4DX, Superscreen and ScreenX. Additional cost for 3D glasses apply. Not valid for Event Cinema, Special Unlimited Screenings, Special Advance Screenings, Movies for Juniors or ViP/premium seating. Not valid for Event Cinema including (but not limited to) Documentaries, NT Live, ROH Live, MET Live, Television programmes or series/seasons, and Live Concerts
4. If you lose your Instant Voucher we won’t be able to provide a replacement. If you make a booking and later cancel, we are also unable to provide replacement vouchers or a refund.
5. Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required, and other relevant standard terms and conditions including Cineworld’s general admission terms apply (https://www.cineworld.co.uk/terms/in-cinema).
6. This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7. No cash alternatives. This voucher is not transferable and may not be re-sold.
8. This voucher is valid until the 31st December 2024 inclusive. Once expired, the voucher will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded
9. Instant Vouchers are non-refundable.
10. Cineworld Cinema reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
11. These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
