Connect Together Discount Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to new and existing consumer customers who have a Qualifying Plan with Three and add one or more Additional Plans to the same account. They apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions for using the Three Network  found at Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go | Three.

Qualifying Plans:

Customers have a ‘Qualifying Plan’ if they have purchased a 12 or 24 month: SIM Only plan, Airtime Plan, Data SIM Plan, Connect Plan or Mobile Broadband plan for MiFis and Dongles.

Additional Plans:

Customers who have a Qualifying Plan can purchase up to 6 of the following additional plans (“Additional Plans”) and receive a 20% Connect Together discount on the Additional Plan/s:

1.      All Three Your Way Airtime Plans (Handset)

2.      All Three Your Way SIM only Plans on 12 and 24 month

3.      Three Your Way Connect Plans (Tablets and Laptops) 

4.      Three Your Way Data SIM plans on 12 and 24 month

5.      Mobile Broadband Plans on 12 and 24 months (MiFi)

6.      Home Broadband Plans on 12 and 24 months (4G and 5G)

The Qualifying Plan will not benefit from the Connect Together discount itself but may benefit from other promotions and discounts.

Non-eligible plans and exclusions:

If you purchase a device using a Three Your Way Device Plan, the Device Plan will not benefit from a Connect Together discount.

The Connect Together discount is applied to the Monthly Charge for the Additional Plan/s only and not applied to any other Charges incurred in connection with your Additional Plan.

Important Information:

You may purchase up to 6 Additional Plans to benefit from the Connect Together discount, after which you may still add Additional Plans, but they will not benefit from the Connect Together discount.

Other information:

The Connect Together discount is available on purchases made through Three directly, it is not available through our channel partners or affiliates.

If your Additional Plan benefits from a Connect Together discount, and you change your price plan within your Minimum Term (but keep your original Minimum Term end date), your Connect Together discount will continue.

The Connect Together discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. At the point of purchase there may be times when you are presented with the Connect Together discount when other discounts are also available. We will automatically apply the offer that provides you with the biggest savings over the duration of your Agreement.

At the end of the Minimum Term of your Additional Plan, the Connect Together discount will continue to be applied to your Additional Plan/s, unless or until you agree to a new Additional Plan with a new Minimum Term, or you end your agreement.

 

Removing the discount:

If you cancel your Qualifying Plan during the Cooling- off Period (as defined in Three’s Returns and Exchanges Policy found here) of your Qualifying Plan, we will not apply the Connect Together discount to Additional Plan/s unless you have a remaining Plan which can replace the Qualifying Plan.
