Motorola Edge 50 Pro gift-with-purchase promotion

This Motorola Edge 50 Pro – Moto Buds+ gift-with-purchase promotion (“Promotion”) is operated by Lenovo Technology UK Limited (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of the Motorola Edge 50 Pro between 00:01 on 16/04/24 and 23:59 on 04/06/24 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.

Eligible customers (UK legal resident aged 18+ or SOHO business customers) who purchase any Motorola Edge 50 Pro on any tariff directly from Three in in-store or online, either outright or as part of a monthly contract  (“Qualifying Item”) (“Participants”) can receive one (1) pair of Moto Buds+ (“Promotional Item”) by submitting a valid claim to the Promoter via Lenovo’s website (motorolaedge50pro.promo.uk.com) (“Website”) between 16/04/24 and 18/06/24 (“Claim”). Full name, email address, shipping address for delivery and proof of purchase during Promotion Period required for valid Claim. The Promotion Item will be sent to the delivery address provided by Participants as part of their Claim on the Website. Each Promotional Item will be dispatched with tracking via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours and will arrive by tracked delivery within 14 days of completion of the 30-day cooling off period and any further verification process. One Promotional Item per Qualifying Device. Promotional Item and Qualifying Item subject to availability. 1000 Promotional Items  available to claim. Promotion will end automatically once all 1,000 Promotional Items available have been validly claimed. Participants must register their Promotional Item within 30 days of receiving them to receive full 12 months’ manufacturer’s warranty, failure to do so will render warranty void.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
