PAY AS YOU GO- Cashback Offer

This Promotion is operated by Aklamio who is running the Promotion on behalf of Hutchison 3G UK Ltd (“Three”) and is available on new purchases of applicable Pay as You Go Auto renew data packs (the “Qualifying Items”) between 00:01 BST on 21/03/2025 and 23:59 BST on 06/04/2025 offer available online only on Three.co.uk. Qualifying Items available from Three and corresponding cashback reward (“Reward”) are shown in the table below. 

The Promotion is only open to individual residents (aged 18 or above) (“Eligible Participants”). Businesses are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. 

To receive the Reward, Eligible Participants must purchase a Qualifying Item and it must renew for two consecutive months. Three will complete the validation after 65 days and the Eligible Participants will receive an email, to the email address provided when purchasing a Qualifying Item, from Aklamio explaining how to set up a profile and claim the Reward.

It is the Eligible Participant’s responsibility to contact Aklamio, via email at customer-service@aklamio.com, if an email acknowledgement has not been received within 75 days from purchase of the Qualifying Items.

Three is the data controller of your information collected through your entry of the Promotion for the purpose of UK data protection law. We will only use your information in accordance with this notice and applicable UK data protection and privacy legislation. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Promotion, redemption process, or payment of any cashback, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.

Pay as You Go Cashback Offer on purchase of selected PAYG Auto renew data packs between 21/03/2025 and 06/04/2025 from Three’s Online webpage ONLY will receive cashback from Aklamio within 75 days of purchase. Customer has to be an auto renew customer for 2 months to be eligible for the cashback.
