Pay As You Go – Cashback rewards (the “Promotion”)

This Promotion is operated by Aklamio, who is running the promotion on behalf of Hutchison 3G UK Ltd (“Three”) and is available on new purchases of applicable Pay as You Go auto renew Data Packs (the “Qualifying Items”) between 00:01 BST on 18/10/2024 and 23:59 BST on 17/11/2024 (“Promotional Period”). The Qualifying Items available from Three and corresponding cashback rewards are shown in the table below. 

This Promotion is only open to individual residents aged 18 or above, who have received a text message inviting them to participate (“Eligible Participants”). Businesses are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promotion is not transferrable.

To receive the Reward, Eligible Participants must purchase a Qualifying Item , within the Promotional Period and also have an email address with marketing permissions activated in their My3 account. Aklimio will contact Eligible Participants via email no later than 15 working days following the end of the Promotional Period, to the email address registered to Eligible Participant’s My3 account, explaining how to set up a profile and claim the Reward. 

Eligible Participants should check junk mail if they have not heard from Alkimo by 6 December 2024. In the event no contact has been received, Eligible Participants should contact customer-service@aklamio.com.

A maximum of 1 Reward may by claimed per Eligible Participant.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or payment of any cashback, subscription or product connected with the promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
