This Samsung A Series cashback promotion (“Promotion”) is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of selected Samsung A Series Devices between 00:01 on 20/03/2024 and 23:59 on 16/04/2024 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.
Eligible customers (United Kingdom resident (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) and 18+) (“Participants”) who purchase any new (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Samsung A55, Samsung A25 or Samsung A15 on any tariff directly from Three in any channel during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Item”) can receive up to £50 in cashback by redemption (as per below table) (“Promotional Item”) by submitting a valid claim to the Promoter via Samsung’s website (https://samsungoffers.claims/galaxy-a) within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase and IMEI number required.

Individual Participants are entitled to claim on a maximum of four (4) Qualifying Items purchased per residential household. Company Participants are entitled to claim on a maximum of ten (10) Qualifying Items purchased per company or business. In all cases Participants are entitled to a maximum of one (1) claim per Qualifying Item purchased. Promotional Item and Qualifying Item are subject to availability.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
