Samsung AI Cashback gift-with-purchase promotion

This Samsung AI Cashback Promotion (“Promotion”) is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of selected Samsung devices (see table below) between 00:01 on 05/06/2024 and 23:59 on 02/07/2024 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.

Eligible customers (legal resident (aged 18+) in the UK) (“Participant”) who purchase any new Samsung Z Fold5, Z Flip5, S24 Ultra, S24+, S24, S23, S23FE, Tab S9 Ultra WiFi, Tab S9 Ultra 5G, Tab S9+ Wi-Fi, Tab S9+ 5G, Tab S9 WiFi or Tab S9 5G on any tariff directly from Three in any channel during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Item”) can receive a cashback reward (value dependent on Qualifying Item and as per table below) (“Promotional Item”) by submitting a valid claim to the Promoter via Samsung’s website (www.samsungoffers.claims/aicashback ) within 45 days of purchase (“Redemption Period”)(“Claim”). Proof of purchase required for valid Claim. Claim period closes on 16/08/2024. Maximum 1 Claim per Qualifying Item purchased (maximum 4 Claims per household). Promotional Item (cashback reward) shall be paid by bank transfer and Participants must have a valid bank account in GBP. Promotional Item and Qualifying Item are subject to availability. Participants will not be eligible to claim the Promotional Item if the Qualifying Item has been used to claim cashback under any other promotion run by the Promoter.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
