Samsung Galaxy Buds2 gift-with-purchase promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion”)
This Promotion is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (“Promotion”) and is available on purchases of a Samsung Galaxy S22 or S22+ or S21FE between 00:01 on 30/9/2022 and 23:59 on 31/10/2022 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.
Eligible customers (legal UK Resident (including Channel Islands or Isle of Man), aged 18+ or a company registered in one of the same) who purchase any variant of a Samsung Galaxy S22 or Samsung Galaxy S22+ or Samsung Galaxy S21 FE by any means directly from Three in any channel (“Qualifying Item”) can receive one pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds2 in Graphite (“Promotional Item”) by submitting a valid claim to Promoter via http://www.samsungpromotions.claims/giftbuds2 (the “Website”), and complete the presented claim form with their name, contact information, other requested information including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI number, and their delivery address and submit it together with their proof of purchase (a “Claim”). Claims must be submitted between zero (0) and sixty (60) days after the date of purchase (the “Claim Period”), meaning the final claim date for purchases made on the 31st October 2022 is no later than 23:59 (GMT) on the 30th December 2022. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase as stated on the applicable proof of purchase counts as day one (1). Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased up to a maximum of one (1) Claim per Individual Participant and four (4) Claims per household. Company Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased and receive up to one hundred (100) Rewards in total.
Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon completed entry of a Claim. Please note that processing of Claims received may take up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the Claim and Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).
Promotional Item and Qualifying Item are subject to availability.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
