Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 x Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro gift-with-purchase promotion

This Promotion is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (“Promotion”) and is available on purchases and pre orders of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 (all variants) between 00:01 (BST) on 10th August 2022 and 23:59 (BST) on 29th September 2022 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.

“Eligible Customers” are  legal residents (aged 18+) of the United Kingdom or UK registered companies 

 Eligible customers who purchase any variant of either a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 or Galaxy Z Flip4 directly from Three in Retail, Online or via Contact Centre (“Qualifying Item”) can receive one Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro (Graphite)  (“Promotional Item”) by submitting a valid claim to Promoter via samsungpromotions.claims/buds2prooffer and completing the claim form with all requested information including but not limited to the Promotion Product IMEI number, delivery address for the Reward and proof of purchase (a “Claim”). Claims can be submitted from 1 September 2022, and must be submitted between within 60 days of purchase  (meaning the last claim date for purchases made on the 29th September 2022 is 28th November 2022 ).

 Maximum of one (1) Reward per Promotion Product purchased per individual participant, a maximum of four (4) Rewards per household and a maximum of fifty (50) Rewards in one transaction per company participant.

Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

Network providers, retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Promotion Product for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Promotion Product, may not participate in this Promotion and is specifically excluded as a Participant.

Participants may participate in this Promotion alongside the Samsung Promotions for Flagship Fold4 Starter Kit with Note Pack Reward and Samsung’s Enhanced Trade In and Guaranteed Trade In promotions as the other concurrent Samsung promotions are based on purchase of the same Promotion Product.

Promotional Item and Qualifying Item are subject to availability.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
