SAMSUNG RECYCLE REWARDS CASHBACK PROMOTION - Terms and Conditions – 10 Jun 2022

The Samsung Recycle Rewards Cashback Promotion  (“Promotion”) is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd (“Promoter”) and is available on new purchases of selected Samsung products between 08/06/22 and 12/07/22 (“Promotional Period”) from participating retailers.

UK residents (18+) or UK registered businesses who purchase any of the Samsung products shown in Table 1 (“Qualifying Item”) directly from Three during the Promotional Period and subsequently trade-in any old device shown in Table 2 (“Trade-In Device”) can claim a corresponding cashback reward (see Table 1) via redemption (“Reward”). TheTrade-In Devicedoes not need to be working and can be in any condition.

To receive the Reward Eligible participants must submit a valid claim by completing the online claim form and providing the required information (including bank account details for payment of the Reward and proof of purchase) at samsungpromotions.claims/recyclerewards  and then Trade In an Eligible Device within 14 days of receiving the postage paid recycling pack from Samsung.

Claims must be submitted within (30) days of the date of purchase of the Qualifying Item. Participants are entitled to claim on a maximum of four (4) Qualifying Items purchased per residential household and a maximum of ten (10) Qualifying Items per company.

The Promoter will send eligible participants an email to confirm receipt of the claim and an email within seven (7) days to confirm whether their claim has been validated, in accordance with the Promoter’s terms (see below for link). It is the eligible participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter within seven (7) days of a claim being submitted, by email recyclerewards@samsungpromotions.claims  or by phone 0330 054 5419 (UK), if an email acknowledgement has not been received.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or payment of any cashback, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
