Samsung S24 Series gift-with-purchase promotion terms and conditions

This Samsung S24 Series Samsung Tab S6 Lite gift-with-purchase promotion (“Promotion”) is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of any Samsung S24 Series device between 00:01 on 3/4/24 and 23:59 on 30/4/24 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.

Eligible customers (a legal resident (aged 18+) (“Individual Participant”) of the United Kingdom (including Isle of Man or Channel Islands) or a company registered in the same (“Company Participant”)) who purchase any new (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Samsung S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra on any tariff directly from Three in any channel (“Qualifying Item”) can receive one (1) Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Bluetooth in Grey (“Promotional Item”) by submitting a valid claim to the Promoter via Samsung’s website (https://samsungoffers.claims/S24tab ) between one (1) and thirty (30) days after the date of purchase during the Promotion Period (“Claim Period”), meaning the final claim date for purchases made on the 30th April 2024 is no later than 23:59 on the 29th May 2024 (the “End Date”). Maximum of one (1) Promotional Item per Qualifying Item purchased per Individual Participant, and a maximum of four (4) Promotional Items per household, and a maximum of ten (10) Promotional Items per Company Participant. Promotional Item and Qualifying Item are subject to availability. Proof of purchase and IMEI number required.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
