Samsung Tablets with Google Play Gift Code gift-with-purchase promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion”)

This Promotion is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE, Tab A8 or Tab S6 Lite between 00:01 GMT on 2nd March 2022 and 23:59 GMT on 5th April 2022 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a legal resident (aged 18+) (“Individual Participant”) of the United Kingdom or a company registered in the UK (“Company Participant”). 

Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.  Sales staff of any participating retailers and their friends and family are eligible to participate only so long as they have not received a staff discount on the Promotion Product used to take to part in the Promotion.

Network providers, retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Promotion Product for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Promotion Product, may not participate in this Promotion and are specifically excluded as a participant.

Eligible customers who purchase any Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE, Tab A8 or Tab S6 Lite on any tariff directly from Three in retail stores, online or through Contact Centres (“Qualifying Item”) can receive one Google Play Gift Code worth £50 (“Reward”) by submitting a valid claim to Promoter via the website directly at https://2021.samsungpromotions.claims/tab-google-offer  (the “Website”), complete the online claim form and upload the required information to make an application for their Reward under this Promotion (a “Claim”). The required information to successfully complete a Claim includes the proof of purchase and IMEI or serial number of the Qualifying Item(s) purchased.  The participant will be asked to provide a photograph as proof of the IMEI or serial number.

Reward is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.  Reward selection is subject to stock availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative Reward of an equivalent value if the Reward is unavailable.

Individual Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Qualifying Item purchased, a maximum of one (1) Claim per Individual Participant and four (4) Claims per household. Company Participants are subject to a maximum of ten (10) Claims per Company Participant.

Claims must be submitted within 0 to 60 days of the Participant's purchase of the Qualifying Item(s), with the last day to submit a Claim being 3rd June 2022 (for purchases on the last day of the Promotion Period) (“Claim Period”). Claims received outside the Claim Period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted.

Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon completed entry of a Claim.  Please note that processing of Claims received may take up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the completed Claim form. After processing, participants will be sent an approval email containing the instructions and method for redemption of their Reward, following which a separate code shall be sent to activate the redemption.  The Reward must be activated from the approval email within 30 days, after which it will expire.  

If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at tab-google-offer@samsungpromotions.claims or by phone at 03300545400  (UK) within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.

If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.

Unused Google Play Gift Codes (and unspent amounts already added to Google Play accounts) will expire on 27th August 2023. Valid for UK residents age 13+. Requires Google Payments account and internet access. Can only be used for purchases of Google Play credits. Usable for eligible items on Google Play only. Not usable for hardware and certain subscriptions. Other Limits may apply. Unless required by law, code is not redeemable for cash or other codes; not reloadable; cannot be combined with other non-Google Play balances in your Google Payments account, resold, exchanged or transferred for value.  

Reward and Qualifying Item are subject to availability.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
