This Samsung x Withings Body Smart Scale gift-with-purchase promotion (“Promotion”) is operated by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited (“Promoter”) and is available on purchases of Samsung Galaxy Watch6, Watch6 Classic or Watch5 Pro between 00:01 on 03/04/2024 and 23:59 on 23/04/2024 (“Promotion Period”) from participating retailers.
Eligible customers (legal resident (aged 18+) (“Individual Participant”) of the United Kingdom (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man) or Republic of Ireland (“Territories”) or a company with an address and operating within the Territories (“Company Participant”)) who purchase any new (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Samsung Galaxy Watch6, Watch6 Classic or Watch5 Pro directly from Three in any channel during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Item”) can receive one Withings Body Smart Scale (“Promotional Item”) by submitting a valid claim to the Promoter via Samsung’s website (samsungoffers.claims/smartscaleoffer) between one (1) and thirty (30) days after the date of purchase (“Claim Period”).
Upload proof of purchase and provide all other required information (“Claim”) within 30 days of purchase. Maximum 1 Claim per Qualifying Item purchased (maximum 4 Claims per household) and a maximum of 10 Claims per company participant. See samsungoffers.claims/smartscaleoffer for full Promotion terms.
Promotional Item and Qualifying Item are subject to availability. Proof of purchase and serial number of Qualifying Item required.

Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item, subscription or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
