Terms and conditions for gifted devices
- These terms and conditions apply to Three customers who have received an email as well as SMS from Three, detailing how they can order a free device. Herein referred to as the “Offer”.
- The Offer is provided to you so that you can continue to access your service via our 4G/5G network on the free device.
- The device provided to you as part of the Offer is intended for use only by the Three telephone number included in your online form.
- The Offer is only available to the recipient Three has sent the Offer to. If you forward the Offer to someone else, it will not work and they will not be able to order a free device.
- Only one device can be redeemed per Offer sent by Three. If you have more than one service with Three, you may have received more than one Offer.
- The Offer cannot be redeemed or exchanged for monetary value.
- To benefit from the Offer, you will be required to fill out an online form. This must include the Three telephone number that the Offer relates to. If the telephone number is missing or does not correspond to the account Three sent the Offer to, the form will be declined, and you will not receive a free device.
- The online form is only valid from 09.08.24 and must be completed and submitted by 23:59 on 16.08.24.
- Three reserves the right to offer a similar device if certain stock is unavailable. Products are provided on a first come first serve basis.
- Once your online form has been validated by Three, our delivery partner will endeavor to make an initial delivery attempt prior to the 9th September 2024 . However, Three cannot guarantee successful delivery or receipt of the device. Any delivery queries should be directed to DPD.
