ThreePay Google Play cashback terms
1. Promoter: This Promotion is organised and administered by Hutchison 3G UK Limited of 450 Longwater Avenue, Green Park, Reading, Berks RG2 6GF, trading as Three (“Three” or “We”).
2. Dates: This Promotion will commence on 12/12/2024 and close at 23:59 on 31/12/2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to any Three customer who is 18+ and a UK resident who:
a. is (or becomes, during the Promotion Period) a registered account holder on an Android device using the Google Play store (“Play Store”) operated by Google UK Limited, company number 03977902 (“Google”);
b. does not have a recurring eligible subscription prior to the start of the Promotion Period; and
c. pays for the eligible Google Play store content via their Three mobile phone account linked to the Android device as the approved payment method
(“Eligible Customer”).
4. The Offer: We are offering a refund to your Three mobile account 1 month’s subscription to Disney+, or 3 months’ subscription to Google One or YouTube Premium (each an “Eligible Subscription”), for each Eligible Customer who purchases the Eligible Subscription via the Play Store (“Cashback Offer”). This Cashback Offer is limited to one Eligible Subscription per Eligible Customer. This Cashback Offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. There will be no substitutes and no cash alternatives. 5. The Rules: To accept this Cashback Offer, you must be an Eligible Customer and purchase the Eligible Subscription via the Play Store during the Promotion Period. The Play Store subscription content cost (“Subscription Content Cost”) may be to any value, but only the first 1 or 3 months (depending on the subscription chosen) will be refunded under this Cashback Offer:
The Cashback Offer will be applied after any promotional free trial periods have expired.
6. Refunds: For a Disney+ subscription, We will refund the cost of the Eligible Subscription to the Eligible Customer’s Three mobile account on the bill following the end of the first month’s paid subscription period. For a Google One or a YouTube Premium subscriptions, We will refund the cost of each of the first three months’ subscription to the Eligible Customer’s Three mobile account on the bill following the end of each month’s subscription period. An Eligible Customer’s bill cycle will be unchanged. No refunds will be made once outside the Promotion Period or to anyone who is not an Eligible Customers.
7. General:
7.1 NOTE ON SUBSCRIPTIONS: Google Play Subscriptions continue indefinitely, and you will be charged ongoing fees automatically on a regular basis until cancelled. The ongoing fees, billing frequency and how to cancel vary from subscription to subscription and Google Play will explain these before you make a purchase of one of their subscription services. The relevant subscription fees will show on your Three mobile phone bill each month. You must cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period otherwise you will be charged the subscription fees for the next period. 7.4 Three cannot and does not accept responsibility for Promotion entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in this Promotion, the Cashback Offer, or the redemption or refund process for the Cashback Offer and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
7.5 Any third-party terms and conditions relating to this Promotion are beyond the control of Three. Each Eligible Customer agrees that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.
7.6 Three reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and code of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion (including, without limitation, to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion (including altering the Cashback Offer)) by changing these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into by Three.
7.7 Entry into this Promotion signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are governed by English law.
