Work from the High Street Promotion (November 2022) Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The “Work from the High Street” Promotion (“Promotion”) is run by Hutchison 3G UK Limited of 450 Longwater Avenue, Green Park, Berkshire RG2 6GD, trading as Three (“Three”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will commence at on 30^th November 2022 (at the time each relevant Participating Café opens) and will close the earlier of 31st December 2022 (at the time the Participating Café closes) or when all Rewards have been claimed (the “Promotion Period”)

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must be a customer (existing or new) of a Participating Café (which are identified below) and attend during their opening hours (“Participant”).

Participating Cafés: Lavatte, 154 Broad Street, Birmingham B15 1DT; Laghi’s Deli, 22-24 Islington Row Middleway, Birmingham B15 1LD; Deli Heaven, 22 Caroline St, Birmingham B3 1UE (or such other name as they are known from time to time).

4. Offer

4.1       Participants will be eligible to claim one (1) hot drink each of their choice from the menu, in a Participating Café, per day for free (the “Reward”), subject to availability.

4.2       Limited availability of Reward: there are a total of 150 hot drinks to be given away per Participating Café.  Free drinks will be limited to one per Participant each day the Participating Café is open, whilst stocks last.

4.3       The Reward is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.  Three, or the Relevant Participating Café reserves the right to substitute the Reward for reward of equal or greater value.

4.4       The Reward is based on fair use.  The Participating Café has the right to refuse the Reward to any Participant whom they deem in their reasonable opinion to be abusing this.

5. How to Claim

Participants must attend the relevant Participating Café during the Promotion Period and during opening hours and quote “Three Business Broadband” when ordering.

6. Other

6.1       The Promotion is not redeemable with any other offer.

6.2       One Reward per Participant per day only during the Promotion Period.  Subject to availability.  Any and all other drinks and food must be paid for by the Participant.

6.3       Three or the relevant Participating Café reserves the right to refuse offer of the Reward to any Participant whom it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit and/or terms and conditions of this Promotion and Three’s/the Participating Café’s decision will be final.

6.4       Any third-party terms and conditions relating to the Reward (including any imposed by the relevant Participating Café) are beyond the control of Three. Each Participant agrees that the responsibility for complying with such terms and conditions will be borne solely by that Participant.

6.5       Three reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion (including, without limitation, to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion (including altering the Reward) by changing these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into by Three.

6.6       It is not necessary for Participants to provide any information of a personal nature when claiming this Reward.  Any information that Participants may choose to supply when entering the Promotion will be used only in accordance with these terms and conditions, Three’s Privacy and Security policy, and Three’s Privacy Notice contained in Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Three Services. 6.7       Three cannot and does not accept responsibility for if a Participant fails to claim the Reward as required or does not or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Promotion, redemption process for the Reward, or the Reward itself and it excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of the Reward in connection with the Promotion.

6.9       Entry into the Promotion signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are governed by English law.
