- Promoter
This Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro, gift-with-purchase promotion (“Promotion”) is operated by OPIA Limited, of Priory House Pilgrims Court, Sydenham Road, Guilford, Surrey, England, GU1 (on behalf of Xiaomi Technology UK Limited, of 100 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UJ) (the “Promoter”)
- Promotion Period
The Promotion will commence at 00:01 on 06/12/22 and will close at 23:59 on 28/12/22 (or sooner in the event that all Promotional Items (as defined below, see section 4) have been validly claimed) (“Promotion Period”) and is available on purchases of Xiaomi 12T Pro 256GB devices made during the Promotion Period from participating retailers, of which Hutchison 3G UK Limited (“Three”) is one.
- Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must be an individual over the age of 18 who is a legal resident in the United Kingdom (“Individual Participant”) or a company registered in one of the UK Territories (“Business Participant”) and purchase a Xiaomi 12T Pro 256 GB device on any tariff directly from Three in any channel (“Qualifying Item”).
- Offer and How to Claim
Individual Participants and Business Participants (together, “Participants”) who purchase a Qualifying Item may receive one (1) Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro (“Promotional Item”) per Qualifying Item by submitting a valid claim to the Promoter via Xiaomi’s website (https://www.xiaomipromo.com/christmas) (“Claim”) between fourteen (14) and forty-five (45) days after the Participant’s purchase of that Qualifying Item (with the date of purchase counting as day 1) (“Claim Period”).
Claims submitted outside of the applicable Claim Period shall be considered invalid and shall not eligible for the Promotional Item.
Participants shall receive an email confirming the validation of their Claim within five (5) working days of submission (Claim Validation).
For the avoidance of doubt, Claims may only be submitted following full payment for the Qualifying Item.
The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to order confirmation/store receipt, as well as the identity and other relevant details of a Participant.
Individual Participants may make a maximum of one (1) Claim for a Promotional Item per Qualifying Item purchased, up to a maximum of three (3) Claims/Promotional Items per Individual Participant or household in total. Business Participants may make a maximum of one (1) Claim for a Promotional Item per Qualifying Item purchased up to a max of eight (8) total Claims/Promotional Items, regardless of the number of Promotion Products purchased.
Promotional Items and Qualifying Items are subject to availability. Supplies of the Promotional Item are limited to a first come, first served basis (of which there are 756 available in total).
Participants who return their Qualifying Item will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion. Where a Participant has returned any part of their Qualifying Item after making a Claim, they must inform the Promoter at support@xiaomipromo.com.
Subject to full compliance with the Promoter’s full terms and conditions, the Promoter shall dispatch the Promotional Item against a valid Claim within thirty (30) calendar days of Claim Validation, subject to stock availability.
- Other
This Promotion is not available to anyone professionally connected with it.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with or combined with any other promotion. No cash alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to replace any Qualifying Item with another item of equivalent or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate the Promotion without notice.
Personal information submitted by Participants in relation to this Promotion shall be processed in accordance with the Administrator and/or the Promoter’s privacy policy which are respectively available at https://www.mi.com/uk/about/privacy/ and https://www.opia.com/privacy-policy/.
Please review and comply with the Promotion instructions on how to claim and the Promoter terms and conditions which can be found here [https://www.xiaomipromo.com/christmas], which are outside of Three’s control. Under no circumstances will Three (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion, redemption process, or any Promotional Item or product connected with the Promotion and Three excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of such items.
