Travel SIM (purchased via Three Hong Kong)

If, as a Three Hong Kong customer, you purchased a dual SIM offer which included a Three UK Travel SIM with a monthly 6GB Data Pack included, your use of the Three UK network is subject to our the Terms for Three Services for Pay As You Customers, while the full terms that cover your price plan can be found in our New Pay As You Go Price Guide. We’ve summarised below the key information regarding your price plan that we think you should know:

  • Terms for Three Services that are applicable to your Pay As You Go account: Calls to standard UK mobiles and landlines cost 10p per minute; text messages cost 10p; and data costs 5p per MB. These rates also apply when in the UK or roaming in any of our Go Roam destinations, including Hong Kong. Use your SIM in your 3G,4G or 5G smartphone only.

  • 6GB Data Pack: Each month, for 24 months, a 6GB Data Pack will be added to your Pay As You Go Three UK account. Your monthly allowance will refresh each month on the same date and this is based on your initial activation date. Our Data Packs give you an allowance of data (6GB) plus unlimited voice calls (if made within the UK to standard UK landline numbers or to other UK mobile numbers) and unlimited text (SMS) messages to UK mobiles each month. A fair use limit applies if using this SIM outside of the UK in one of our Go Roam destinations: You can make up to 3,000 minutes of calls back to UK landline and UK mobiles each month or to a local (Go Roam) number; You can send up to 5,000 SMS texts to UK numbers each month. If you have the Three UK app, you can view your allowances and the date your current allowance expires; your new allowance will refresh the following day.
  • Once you have used your 6GB Data Pack, you can purchase a Top Up or another Data Add-on by logging into your my3 account at www.three.co.uk/customer-login
  • You must use your SIM to make a chargeable event (such as a phone call, sending a text or getting online) at least once every 6 months to avoid it being disconnected for non-use.
