Mental health and wellbeing support

If you’re having a difficult time, we’re here to help you manage your account and stay connected. As well as the support we can offer, here’s some information on other organisations that can help with your mental health and wellbeing.

Samaritans

Samaritans are there to listen if you’re struggling with your mental health. You can call them free from your Three phone on 116 123.

Third-party account management

You can register for third-party account management if you need a trusted friend, relative, or another third party to manage your account. You can choose their level of access, from full to limited.

To register, you can:

Get some Breathing Space

Breathing Space is a free government scheme that gives you time to get debt advice and find a way to solve your debt problems. There are 2 options available:

Standard Breathing Space

This is where most creditors must stop collection and enforcement of your debts. They’ll have to freeze interest and charges on any debts, too. It lasts for 60 days, as long as you’re eligible.

Mental Health Breathing Space

This option gives you a period of respite from your debts. It’s available for anyone currently getting mental health crisis treatment certified by an Approved Mental Health Professional. Your creditors can’t contact you or take any action against you to recover the debt during this time.

Managing a loved one's account

If you hold a power of attorney, deputyship, or appointeeship, you can register to manage a loved one’s account on their behalf.

To learn more, call us on 0333 338 1012 or use Live Chat.

If you’re worried someone’s taken out a contract with us without fully understanding what that means, please contact our wellness team.

You can call them on 0333 338 1012 or email them at customerwellness@three.co.uk. When you get in touch, please give them as much information as possible, including account details, if you have them.
